ORDERS

Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days


HEALTH AND SAFETY
All parts must be fitted by competent person/engineer to prevent damage or loss of life. If items are fitted and causes damage to set, it is the engineers responsibility

to make sure correct parts are fitted.
 


 PAYMENTS
Payment taken by Paypal and bank transfer if needed. Credit Card Payments made through Paypal

Payments through Paypal is taken by tencity@ntlworld.com. Site still being constructed.

PRODUCTS
Please Note. These are removed from Broken working TVs and are second user items. Some may be new but all in good condition..

 
DELIVERY METHOD
Delivery is first class post and carrier, depending on the weight of item.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If Items are out of stock on the day of ordering, Money will be refunded within 5 days if stock not found.  


RETURNS
Goods for return contact. Email returns@delelectronics.co.uk for authorisation. Items need to be packed suitable.
Postage & delivery charges are not refundable.


CLAIMS
If goods arrive damaged contact by email to returns@delelectronics.co.uk within TWO DAYS from receipt of goods.


 
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment must be made first before items are posted.
 


SPECIFICATIONS
Items stocked are to the best of our knowledge correct. Customers need to check to make sure items are correct for there product. Damage items will not be replaced.
